Making A Purchase
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro. All goods remain the property of Brint & Badger until paid for in full.
You can order On-Line
You can telephone our office on 01458 259686 and if we cannot take your call please leave a contact number and we will call you back as soon as possible.
You can send an order by post
Complete the order form and send with your credit card details or send a cheque made payable to 'Brint & Badger'. Kindly include your cheque card number on the reverse of the cheque and post it to: Brint & Badger, Blake House, Bow Street, Langport, Somerset TA10 9PQ. Please note that this is our administration address only and therefore we cannot sell from this address to personal customers.
Postage and Packing
We can deliver your purchase anywhere in the UK. Postage and packing is Free. All items will be sent using recorded post and therefore will require a signature on delivery.
Delivery
Orders are usually despatched within 14 days however sometimes orders will reach you within a few days.
If an item is not in stock we will advise as to when we expect delivery and send it to you as soon as we can. If that is not satisfactory you will be given the option to cancel your order. If you wish to proceed with the order we will try to give you an approximate delivery date, however this will not be guaranteed.
Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund. Return your purchase within 7 working days of delivery in its original condition, and enclosing proof of purchase. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded or registered post. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expense, howsoever caused.
